OFFICE HOURS

Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7AM to 6PM.

Appointments are available throughout the day starting at 7:30AM and ending at 6PM.

We are open Sat/Sun 7:30-8AM and 5:30-6PM for Drop-off or Pick-up only.

Appointment Policy

An appointment is needed at Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital. We utilize appointments so that no one waits too long in our waiting room.Emergency cases shall always receive top priority. If an emergency is presented we will offer our scheduled appointments to reschedule or wait while the doctor attends to the emergency.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and personal checks with a current driver's license.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. A dog walk relief area is behind the garage.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

We do this for the safety of your pets and yourself.
