Victoria came to Mill Pond in December of 2010. Victoria previously worked at an animal hospital in Stamford as a technician, but wanted to work in a happier and more challenging hospital. She is active with the Orange Fire Department Auxiliary and Connecticut Crankin' Yanks Model T Club. She lives in Ansonia with her husband, George.

When you come into our office you will be greeted by her big smile and warm personality.
Eve is our practice manager. She is responsible for the smooth daily operation of the hospital and its paperwork, computers, staff, etc.
Basically, Eve is responsible for everything! She will even jump in and assist a doctor or make your pet cozy. You will see her at the front desk, you will hear her on the phone and she will hug you when you are having a hard day. Eve lives in Branford with her husband, daughter, dogs, cats and bird . Her hobbies are gardening, hiking and going to the lake.
Dr. Yarrow graduated from Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine in 1982 and received her BA from St. Michael's College in 1978. She practiced in VT and MA before heading home to be close to her parents. In 1992 she began CT Veterinary Housecall Practice while she looked for a location for her own hospital. In 1996 she located a building in Branford, and began remodeling. In 1997, she opened the doors to Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital.
After 12 years the hospital outgrew its space, so in 2009 she relocated the hospital across the street into a newly remodeled space. Dr. Yarrow enjoys horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, gardening and her Harley. She lives in Guilford with her husband, her Quarter Horse, Scotch, one Australian Cattle dog and one cat.

The most wonderful caring, compassionate and knowledgeable staff ever!!! We have a dog that had very complex medical needs and a specialist told us we had about 6 months left with her. Doc, Donny and all the crew are exceptional and have helped us "heal " her - 18 months later. No place better!!!

The vets and staff at Mill Pond are the best! Dr Yarrow has given my show dogs the kind of care I need to keep everyone in top condition. The facility is modern and immaculate. After your visit, there is next day follow-up to be sure your pets are doing well. I can't say enough good things about Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital.
Mrs. Michelle Bojarski
It isn't enough to say they are wonderful people that offer top of the line care. It still wouldn't do justice to say that the staff is ALWAYS knowledgable and friendly and helpful, and that the animals comfort and well being come first no matter what. There aren't enough words to offer the right amount of praise to this fine facility and those that work tirelessly to care for our beloved furry, feathered, or otherwise four legged family. ❤️ Thank you.

I have known Dr. Yarrow and Don since the days when Doc used to make house calls; we have a relationship that spans decades. Simply put, no one else has ever touched our pets; and no one ever will.
I'm a true crazy cat lady, with only one pampered feline at a time... was a bit nervous about bringing my semi-feral nugget to a new vet, but all went smooth. Didn't have to wait in waiting room, was attended to pretty promptly, and my cat was a true trooper, due to the professional handling and attention she received. I'll be back next year for her annual. Good job Mill Pond Vet Hospital.
I take my senior doggie, Getty here. The staff love him and seem like they really care about the animals. They take good care of my old boy.
