Pets come in many shapes, sizes and colors. Many of them have unknown history of where they came from or what breed they are. Your desire to find out what breeds make up your beloved pet may be a simple curiosity, or your desire to have a trove of information that can help make us aware of a genetic predisposition to medical conditions.
There are some patients that are not able to tolerate vaccinations due to immune-mediated diseases, pre-existing infections such as FIV infection or severe allergy to the vaccination. For these patients, we offer vaccination titers. Titers use a sample of the patient’s blood and analyzes the level of antibodies present, determining if your pet is protected.
